Daily meandering through the woods and gardens which surround my home delights and enthralls me, and studying the seasonal and hourly changes of light, color, shape, and shadow, informs all my work. Making objects is a daily practice,  a means of holding time and recording memories. My primary body of work consists of collage-stitched paper and fabric which I create using a variety of techniques including printing, painting, and dyeing.  Additional passions include working with rug hooking, making books, and exploring the three dimensional possibilities of willow branches which I grow and harvest in my ever~ expanding garden.
